Most GenWeb sites have a Copyright notice stating the information is available for use provided permission is granted and the user site identifies the source of the information.\r\n<\/dd>
\r\nIt recently came to my attention that a local cemetery association has copied large quantities of information from the MSHolmes site and placed the same on their website without asking for (or receiving) permission and without even acknowledging their source. This is in violation of the Copyright notice as stated on the MSHolmes site. I requested the site remove the copied information and to cease from copying further information.
